Wir waren zum Abschluss eines wunderschönen Tages im Elsass am Abend im "Erbprinz" zu Gast. Wir kannten dieses Haus nicht und sind recht zufällig dort eingekehrt. Und die Entscheidung war richtig. Neben einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente hat das, was aus der Küche und dem Keller kam, zum Tag gepasst. Es war blanker Genuss. Obwohl alle Tische belegt waren, wurden wir wirklich umsorgt von aufmerksamem Personal! Das blieb so, bis wir wieder die Lokalität verlassen hatten. Ja, das hat seinen Preis, aber es ist ihn halt auch wert! Da waren wir sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Natürlich findet man immer einen Kritikpunkt, wenn man sucht. Aber wir haben nicht gesucht, wir haben es einfach genossen!
Erbprinz..ein Klassiker! Seit den 60er Jahren schon von meinen Eltern besucht..70er..80er 90er Jahren nur top. Ob Restaurant oder hotel, wirklich 1. Klasse mit Charme. Heute kleine Trauerfeier. Das Personal war heute wieder herausragend. Ulrich Strücker Hereditary Prince..a classic! Visited by my parents since the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, just great. Update 2018: Café Erbprinz remains our favorite in, around and around Ettlingen. And the cheese cake: a dream with vanilla man doesn't have to live in the peasant prince to enjoy this excellent cafe, but it makes happiness a little more perfect; fine open teas, best coffee, cakes, cakes, pastries, no desires remain open. Like last year a dream to come here and enjoy several courses on the 2nd. Christmas holiday. By far the best villages wide and wide! Each piece is decorated with attention to detail and a true masterpiece. The high quality is noticeable during the first bite and is a single high pleasure. The “Obst-Tartelette” is my absolute favorite of my friends and family I have also been able to inspire by the sweet little villages!
Top quality pastries in exceptional premises! I am very sure that the quality in Karlsruhe and its surroundings is looking for the same! In addition, I have been allowed to enjoy the best raw sugar of my life, which is also sold for my good luck. Very friendly and human staff.
