We stayed there for the most beautiful spa in the world and indeed it is beautiful, but not suitable for PMR! The hotel, service, hospitality and concierge service are excellent. We crossed the Director General and reported poorly maintained joints in the bathroom. It's a shame not to have done it before for a hotel of so high standing!
We spent an excellent stay in this hotel where everything was gathered to meet our need for relaxation. The only little disappointment concerns the massage at the SPA for which we were disappointed. By being accustomed, we found that they lacked professionalism and were a little opportune. For the rest, everything was perfect.
We organized a family lunch at the big hotel, everything was perfect from A to Z! The meal, exquisite, the incredible view of the bay of st jean, the ultra-available and very attentive team, great moment we will remember! Thanks to the whole team!
