Erio's Pizza & Restaurant

Erio's saved me when I first moved to St. Louis from Florida over a year ago. Dramatics aside, I grew up on New York style pizza (no really; lots of good pizza in South Florida because half the population is from New York) and I have to say that Erio's is as close as you're gonna get. The food is great to amazing. I've really only had their pizza (both their original style and New York style) and toasted raviolis. Portions are big, the value is better versus chain pizza places, and above all it's exactly the robust sauce, stretchy cheese, and classic toppings you want. Sadly after being there my entire life and then some (I'm 45); Erio's finally called it quits at this location. One in St Peters is still open and still has great pizza.
