If you have never been here, this is a place you must check out!!! The owner Mel is the man! Picked out the perfect cuts of meat for me and my fiancé to throw on the grill! The homemade provolone and broccoli rabe sausage was out of this world! Don't forget to try out their homemade jerky! I will be making a trip from somers point more often.

Wow! We were going to Acme for lunch meat and instead, I said let’s go to Ernest Sons. One of the best hand carved beef sandwiches I’ve ever had! Less than making it ourselves from the market and easy and delicious. There IS a difference eating from an old time butcher shop! 5 Stars plus today!

Saw this place on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Old school butcher shop making their own sausage and beef jerky, just to name a few. Find this place, bring a cooler and load up. Just 5 minutes from the Borgota in Atlantic City. Very attentive and helpful staff.

The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. I had their lasagna and it was one of the best I've ever eaten I could have had 3 portions (so it's good I got it to go! . We'll be going back!!!

Saw them on Triple D and they lived up to the hype. Had a Filet Cheese steak with Cooper Sharp and was blown away. I'm very picky about my steaks and hoagies and this little shop is legit.
