Es Festuc - Reservar una mesa

I have eaten all over the world and visited Menorca many times. Alaior has lacked a decent restaurant for a good view years and, based on previous reviews on TA, I was looking forward to lunch today. What a disappointment! Yes the portions and the price were modest but the quality of the food was awful. This has to be one of the worst meals I have ever been served. There is nothing more to say.

Alaior is devoid of decent restaurants, most of the TA recommendations are based in Son Bou and not the town itself. However Es Festuc is worthy of a visit if you can get a table, it was busy peak August . We did tapas and enjoyed everything we ordered. And not expensive. Treat yourself to a Pomada, the one they serve here was excellent !

We went for dinner after reading the reviews and were very pleased with our choice. We had wok veg and crispy cheese to start, both of us had the bacalau with orange and mint for a main course, the cod was superbly done! Deserts also delicious. Run by 2 very nice people, would definitely recommend it in Alaior!

Nice people running a cute place in a sweet town. Food was well prepared and service swift. You can choose between three options on a set three course menu for 12 Euros. We ventured into trying them all and it all tasted wonderful. Well worth a visit, and we will for sure come back if we visit Alaior again.

Visited on a Wednesday evening while at the evening market. Extremely busy but managed to find a small table inside. Only a small menu with a modern twist on tapas. All the dishes we choose were well presented and extremely tasty and the kids really enjoyed. Will be definitely revisiting next year.
