My Second time here and it was just as good as the first time if not better! Wasn't very crowded at our reservation time , which was a definite plus. I also enjoyed that the hostess allowed us to seat ourselves and what a perfect table to pick next to the fire pit on a cold rainy eve. Our server Lisa was an absolute pleasure as she joked and laughed with us during our dining experience which made me feel at home. Extra special shout out to her for bringing the seltzer water quickly. I decided to wear a beige sweatshirt that just wanted to attract the sauce from the Nashville Hot Cauliflower: Crispy-fried cauliflower drizzled with Nashville hot sauce and served with a side of ranch dressing , which I will say was amazing. It taste like you're actually eating chicken bites .. Who knew , and didn't tell me ? .. lol .. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts and our entrees of ribs Brick House Famous BBQ Ribs Pork loin Texas ribs, beer-braised, and slow smoked with house-made whiskey barbeque sauce. Served with side of creamy coleslaw and fries and Ribeye Steak 12 oz USDA Choice ribeye char-grilled and finished with garlic butter, served with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and broccoli were cooked very nicely and were delicious. I sipped on the voodoo punch which was really good too. The atmosphere is also very pleasing , the staff is very attentive and courteous. I look forward to returning. Thanks again Brick House Tavern and Tap for another enjoyable dinner.

While most of the food here is just very meh, though high calorie as what I ordered is the lowest calorie on the menu, I am here to tell you about the item they decided to call chili. What arrived was nothing less than a bowl of ground up beef with cheese. Dry, no veggies, no beans (though I know people argue if beans should be in chili), no liquid... my entire table was deeply confused. I asked the waitress if this was the chili and she confirmed. It did come with jalapeño, some onions, and sour cream on the side and a slab of some of the most dry, crumbling corn bread, and five little tortilla chips. That's not an exaggeration. Five. I guess I could say the spices on the ground beef were chili and not bad, hence two stars instead of one, but if you want any kind of actual thick soup most people would call chili, this definitely isn't it.

You know when you walk into a restaurant and you just KNOW it's gonna be good? Well, that's this place. It just smells so good from the moment you get in here, it makes you hungry. The bleu white chips were absolutely delicious and are sort of like those home baked chips you get at the Trolley Car Diner. RIP to that amazing diner!! Anywho, it's just such a nice place for a Sunday night and I had a nice experience : I got the Brick House Cheeseburger and for desert, the Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookie. : Both were so delicious! BTW--Christy was an amazing waitress.

Ordered the pulled pork grilled cheese with tater tots. To my surprise, my meal consisted of two unmelted slices of kraft singles with a red onion in the middle and lukewarm tots. Unfortunately, Yelp will not let me share the video of the sandwich. My husband and I came in on a whim. We will not be returning.
