I went here during my first holiday with my girlfriend, casually. The first evening we went out and the owner of a near shoes shop recommended it to us...and he was right! We ate paella, a seasonal fish called Hambuja (i think) and some fantastic desserts, the portions were big! Everything with delicious rose wine from Maiorca and finally a shot of Hierbas (i think), a local spirit. We came back at the last evening of our holiday and it was simply fantastic again. We loved this place. The owner and the waiter are great. I spent about 60/70€ for me and my girlfriend, absolutely right. Probably in italy , for the same dinner, you should spend 90/100€. In my opinion, the best restaurant in Cala...
We visited here on our last night in Menorca we didn’t book but they had a table for us! I had the grilled mussels to start which were amazing and my partner had the croquette which he also loved. Then we both had fillet steaks for main they were cooked to perfection and were a good size. Service was quick and friendly and bill wasn’t a surprise considering the level of food. This is a must visit in Es Castell and also please try the mojitos they are amazing!
Fuimos a almorzar y elegimos el menú. Comimos mejillones y langostinos como primeros platos. Como platos principales tuvimos 'caldereta' (plato típico marinero) y raya. Todo estuvo perfecto, la comida, el servicio, la ubicación y la relación calidad-precio. Totalmente recomendable, un menú de calidad, al nivel de precio de los restaurantes de la zona, servicio muy atento y muy buena ubicación.
Este restaurante tiene una gran zona de estar al aire libre con vistas al pequeño y pintoresco puerto de Cala Ratjada. El servicio era rápido y eficiente. Lo que distingue a este restaurante de sus vecinos con menús similares en la misma ubicación fue la capacidad del propietario para crear un suntuoso, variado y muy sabroso pescado frito sampler que no estaba en el menú.

It has a lovely terrace by the port, the service was nice and efficient. The food was perfect, the muscles had the right cooking time (quite rare to find) and the fish (Llampuga) had a fine taste. The prices were neither cheap nor expensive for the quality of the food.
Highly recommended. There are so many things to decide and prices are mid level. What I had was, first calamari with potato salad and cod crockets and then I had sole fish. I can’t say if calamari was good as batter tasted bitter but fish was very nice.
Comida deliciosa acompañada de un personal amable. Precios razonables, si quieres comida barata ve a Burger King. ¡Si quieres buena comida ven aquí! No hay ni un solo fallo con este hermoso restaurante español.
Tapas y pizza deliciosas con una vista muy hermosa, ambiente muy relajado, personal realmente agradable. Definitivamente lo recomendaría para almorzar si estás en la zona.

Went there for drinks. No prices on menu. Drastically over priced. Looonnnggg service. Average beer 2.50 in there 4.90. Never again!!
