the Marsoulan Esat is the new restaurant of the association of insertion of disabled adults. it is a public restaurant (yes! in the sense of etat or municipal). Invading the noon by the bnp paribas executives whose offices encircle the restaurant, you are warmly received in a beautiful modern and design place. The map is short but very attractive. dishes are excellent quality and very well presented. only the fish was not cooked enough to my taste but the dish was exchanged without any problems. In the beautiful days, open a nice terrace, a "roof top" as we say in the hipsters.

It is a very good address, the dishes are well presented, with a great freshness and tasty. prices are attractive. the terrace is a great plus and is extremely pleasant. a dish for service that tends to stretch in length, even more if there is a world. 18€ flat-entry menu with salmon and delicious duck magret (perfect cook for duck), cosi decor and breakfast service, what is it worth for a lunch in the week? We felt so well that we would fortunately have forgotten to return to work. Thanks to the whole team, we'll be back!
