we stayed for a week in the hotel dax and ate lunch and dinner in their restaurant, escale sur adour, from the days. the chef cedric really did a fantastic job. not only has he adapted all my meals, made them vegetarian. kind, but he is also very health-oriented. he cooks with a lot of sweet and healthy carbohydate options such as heifer and barley. if healthy is not what they are looking for, order the burger with ridden, my partner was very happy. the restaurant has a nice selection of wine, we really enjoyed the chateau de l’hospital. the view is also beautiful, it overlooks a small river.

well located with a classic decor. It is a hotel restaurant that loves to enjoy its guests, good service and well-stocked plate. We loved the meal and exceptional homemade fries (frite anna).bon dessert despite the fact that Chantilly not made home.Good value for money.Very reasonable on their price of wine and a white wine in carafe very appreciated. We'll go back with great pleasure.

restaurant of the dax hotel, very large terrace on the teenager quiet .... super during the holidays to settle before going back to the arena ... laughs. menu at 20 € with buffet of grilled entrances and dessert buffet ... super reasonable in a super frame .... that say more ... you can go without problems
lunch and group dinner. A perfect place to allow a group to eat without interference with other customers. A proposal of varied dishes and taste in the plate. A very reasonable budget to meet all requirements. A perfect service adapted to the group's rhythm stress. I recommend.
We are very happy with an excellent meal prepared with quality ingredients (very tender side with small vegetables in particular, and a very good dessert ...) we will come back for sure!
