dinner with a couple at this address, the restaurant and the staff are welcoming but the freshness of the fish is not ideal while it is for me the base for sushi/sashimis... my girlfriend who is a ginger fan usually did not eat it for the same reason. short it's not really bad but at this price it lacks quality
friendly reception in a Japanese restaurant with very classic proposals. the tuna and salmon sashimi are good but a few days ago the mackerel had been cut to make it a sashimi worthy of that name. the value ratio is correct but nothing exceptional in the plate.
We order it to take away. sushi etc are not crazyly original, but they are varied and very good. welcoming service, kind delivery and excellent quality of products, in short it is very well, indeed they are successful.

This restaurant is welcoming and even friendly, good, fast (with exceptions). The bosses always have a word of welcome, a small wet hot towel to start by washing their hands and we are most often served very quickly.
So yes, we were alone in the restaurant but no matter what. The staff is very kind, it's not excessive and it's hyper mega good. I'll never be able to eat makis anywhere else.
I had only 30/40 minutes to eat, they were on top! sushi as well as skewers are excellent. this restaurant 2 minutes from the Pontoise train station offers a varied menu.
I used to go there often qd I had rdv next to them and in they make deliveries to cergy st christophe, that's top and what they do is very good.
