This restaurant clearly has ambitions to be counted among the "fine dining" establishments in the greater Düsseldorf area. For example it took part in this year's "Tour de Menü" competition, although I don't know how well they scored. Our booking was for four people at 7 pm. The restaurant was about half full when we arrived. It took quite a while for us to be offered drinks. When we didn't choose to have the waiter's recommended pink Sekt, he seemed to lose interest in us & it took about 30 further minutes to get some water & some wine. I went there yesturday for the first time and I must say it was very delicious. The ambient is very cozy and comfortable, the staff very friendly and everything that we ordered was really good! The jacobsmuscheln, feldsalat, vittelo tonnato, the main dishes, alles köstlich. My Loup de Mer was amazing, the rinderfilet perfectly made.. If you want an elegant night with excelent food and good prices, here is it!

Service muss sich noch was einspielen. Das Eis ist hammerlecker. Viele verschiedene Sorten viel Auswahl. Der Espresso ist auch megagut. Ich liebe die entspannte Atmosphäre dieses Restaurants man fühlt sich wie in einem gemütlichen Esszimmer im Haus eines Freundes. the best meal I had this year. absolutely delicious. all meats were cooked to perfection and all the aromen were sensational. this is without mentioning the wein who was excellent.
