The reception and service were very friendly. This made you feel immediately welcome. Our dogs first got a bowl of water. The location is very rustic and cozy and by the many green also very relaxing. We both ordered the homemade sour meat, with the roast potatoes and the sensational Remoulade. Very delicious. For us, unfortunately, too few of the great roast potatoes were there and also the portion of Remoulade should have been slightly larger for my taste, as we had to share both.

Cosy pub with magnificent beer garden and as a secret tip a large vault cellar with billiard and kicker for parties. The cheap dishes are super-lecker and are fast on the table.

Cozy and quaint pub that offers food and local beer. We had a nice experience and this has become our favorite in Holzminden to drink and eat at with colleagues and friends.
