This is the most disappointing restaurant experience I've ever had. The service was terrible, the food was unappetizing, and the prices were outrageously high. The plates were dirty, and the utensils didn’t seem to be washed. When I arrived around 2 PM, the lights were off, and we were left in the dark until someone turned them on. There was only one waiter in the entire restaurant.
I ordered two entrées and a kani salad, which looked unappetizing and was poorly prepared—it didn't even seem properly shredded. It tasted like it came from someone’s kitchen, not a restaurant. Haven't bought there in a long time but decided to go for special occasion they have the best food around and the service was unbelievably quick even though every single seat in the restaurant was taken and there was a line waiting there was one waitress that the only time I saw her was when she stopped to put a plate down on the table otherwise she whizzed by
The food is unbelievably amazing I cant even describe it, every single time too! We actually ended up overstaying as we didnt realize what time they closed and they were so polite when we realized lolTruthfully though, the food was absolutely amazing, def the place to go if you want to have your mind blown (especially the Portobello steak)
The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly fast. However, the mandatory 18% gratuity—even for just two people—is unreasonable. Additionally, the credit card surcharge for those who don’t pay with cash is also unacceptable for a restaurant.

The pan-seared chicken dumplings are fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and classic, and the food is fresh and delicious. You'll definitely enjoy your visit!
Excellent food and outstanding service. It’s our family’s favorite restaurant. We celebrate almost every family member’s birthday here.
Please note that they add a 3.5% credit card fee on top of the premium menu prices. The food is excellent and very flavorful.
