If you are looking for something a little bit different, then Ethiopian cuisine may fit the bill. The food is spicy but not hot, and very, very tasty. If you can't decide which dish to go for, we can recommend one of the combination platters, either for one or to share. We had the Meat Combination for two, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Injera (flatbread) is light and fluffy with a unique spongy texture, and is delightful we asked for more! Prices were very reasonable, and we appreciated not having to pay corkage for our BYO wine. Located at the Pearce shops, Ethiopia Down Under has been quietly serving delicious Ethiopian food to the local community. I first dined there years ago and tried the traditional mosob dining, where you get one massive plate of various dishes to share and eat it all with your hands. I never took a photo (pre-blogging days) but I remember it being a great introduction to Ethiopian food and was completely full by the end. A friend organised dinner there one night and I was glad to have a chance to go back. We didn’t try mosob dining, and instead ordered our own separate dishes.

many curry dishes with lenses etc. there are also some brote that are vegan and natural rice. we had a few good meal times here, and the personal seems to be very aware of vegetarism as the menu is marked, and I asked them before ordering.
