Ethno Vayat - Reservar una mesa

Had my sister here for birthday dinner and had a wonderful evening! The ambience of the restaurant is fantastic. Cosy institution that you feel like eating at home in a friend. We ordered the Vayat Platter and it was absolutely perfect. The service is warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome and well maintained. I will bring this restaurant back in the future for an appointment evening or another special occasion.

Terrific food. Friendly owner/server. However a little slow as she was the only one working front of house. Make sure you get the log with the cheese and meat inside! Wish they had some region specific beer.

Great Food! We enjoyed the tripe stew, chicken schnitzel with gorgonzala sauce, roasted veal with gravy, and vayat meat platter. The proportions are huge. Will surely go back for more.

Best restaurant in Metro Vancouver. Tasting house made food, friendly environment, beautiful decoration and customer service is perfect. Puff bakery and calf soup are great.
