We purchased a squid stir-fry package from Eun-ha-soo Catering (은하수), only to find a piece of LA galbi bone inside. While cross-contamination is concerning enough, the real issue arose when we returned to the store with photographic evidence to request a refund. The woman at the counter dismissively denied our claim, insisting it was impossible and implying we were mistaken. Instead of apologizing, she rudely pressured us to choose another item instead of giving a refund, even berating us in the process. Appalled by her behavior and the potential health risks, we left without a refund.

Quality food and soooo much variety! Yes. There are some items that are a few days old but its clearly indicated on the package and many of them are still very good. I really love the ahjumma's there. They have discounts in the evening and are such a pleasure. Love supporting this business!
I purchased a hobak jook today, April 10th, but the label showed it was packed on April 6th—four days old. This is not an acceptable way to manage a catering business. I paid full price with no discount. What a disappointment. I won’t be returning and do not recommend this place at all.

Their food quality has declined so much.Yookgejang is like bland salty soup with vegetables and Kimbap got so small after the price increase.Soondae is soggy and bland.They deserve the lowest rating for their food. Customer service is terrible too.
