I order regularly but unfortunately tonight will be the last. After an order on Sunday evening and probably a lot of requests, my delivery arrived with 30 minutes of late and cold pizza. I call them, I understand the situation and I ask for a small commercial gesture during my next order, (a big one instead of an average for example and all I'm told is that you live away and it's cold outside so that it's normal and you shouldn't rely on a commercial aspect If we are not able to deliver a hot meal order in time, we refuse the order it avoids a negative opinion and a customer who will not return.
Cela fesait un moment que je n'avais pas passé commande chez euro pizza mais alors là je suis vraiment pas prête de recommander je suis déçu les pizza ne sont pas bonnes plus d'oignons fris que de garniture autres pour presque 64€ de commande pour des pizzas que même mes enfants n'ont pas voulu manger tellement elles n'étaient pas bonnes. Pourtant a l'époque je vous est recommandé a tout mon entourage et personne qui me posé une question sur votre pizzeria et je n'avais aucun reproche a faire mais a ce jour là qualité est plus que perdu c'est bien dommage.
Pizzas are very good with fresh products. Serious and fast delivery because pizza has been delivered very hot, compared to some others... The only flat, the drink that is offered only if you come to get your 3 pizzas. While in others, the drink is offered if you order 3 pizzas and if you get delivered... Too bad, otherwise it would have been perfect.
