Service was absolutely terrible. We waited and waited and waited... Even though we booked a table for it was after when we finally got someone to acknowledge we'd arrived and were shown to a table. Then we waited again. Got our drinks fifteen...minutes later, and placed our order. Waited half an hour for a small starter. Then waited another half an hour for one of the worst main courses I've ever had. Extremely salty chicken in barbecue sauce, a fatty strip of bacon, bit of coleslaw, and luke warm chips. It was dry and absolute rubbish. The service was abysmal, the food poor quality, it was noisy and dirty and an utter shambles. Never again.
Had a lovely visit. Was is Telford looking for a new car,and came across the Beefeater, we were made to feel so welcome, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The steaks were cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth, the Garlic flatbread starters were simply delicious. Going back to Telford in a couple of weeks, and will definitely be calling back here.
I met a lovely lady in the team called Jan G, who looked after us really well on our visit for lunch, the food was delicious and her service was amazing, thank you! The Popcorn cauliflower to start was fabulous, as was the veggie burger and sweet potato fries for main, yum!
the food is good for a casual night out. The service from connie is amazing and she is extremely friendly. Its a great place to come with family and friends with a relaxed atmosphere with reasonable prices.

The place itself could do with a refurb. However we had a really nice lunch, starters good and our rib eye steaks were very good. Our waitress Jan G was very attentive and enhanced our experience.
Lovely friendly restaurant the food was good and not over priced, staff were spot on especially Molly and her colleagues Ceri Kim and Will, thank for a nice evening. We will be returning soon
The steak was delicious and the service provided by Jan G was outstanding - very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth the value.
Friendly and polite staff, good food, fair prices. Beer was cold coffee was warm, puddings were delicious, would come back again.
