TLDR: creative Portuguese cuisine in a place with energy that is easy to relax. The waiters here are attentive, energetic, and polite. I ordered a croaker fillet, which came with a generous bed of broccolini. The brocollini was very well sweated and salted, but still had a fresh toughness to it. Whereas many restaurants offer serve vegetables along with the main course mainly to dress the plate, here, the vegetables seemed to be offered mainly to balance the diet with enough fiber. The sauce was a reduction of mushroom juice, cream, and miso. Adorei a experiência gastronómica. Uma cozinha que respeita a sazonalidade dos ingredientes. Mesmo no coração de lisboa conseguimos jantar enquanto absorvemos a magia do Chiado. Não consigo eleger o prato que gostei mais pois considero todos uma boa opção. Reserva una mesa ahora
