Nice location, great food, average service (depending on which waitress/waiter you are lucky enough to get). We arrived around 3:30pm on a Saturday afternoon (kinda of between lunch and dinner). There was still a long line, and waited over 30mins for a table. Be prepared to wait longer if you plan to go at prime hours. Lovely server and manager but our pizza was delivered to the wrong table. It’s 30 minutes for a pizza here so keep on top of your servers! Manager comped our order but there were only four tables outside and one was having dessert. How could they get it wrong? Frustrating. Yummy pizza but there was way too much cheese and it got rock solid after we each had a couple slices. Great Cubs paraphernalia inside!
I order through the app and twice I have received cold pizza late. The last time they offered a free replacement because of an order mismatch and promised to get out to me as soon as possible. One hour and twenty minutes later it arrived warm, not hot. Their pizza tastes great when hot but the delivery is pathetic.

This is the worst Lou Malnati's location. They burn the butter crust, making it taste like ash, and they are consistently late with deliveries, even when I schedule a specific time. It's just terrible.
Extremely mediocre deep dish, obviously mass manufactured ingredients assembled to order. I had it once, which was enough to never again.
Pizza is, if course, great, and the bruschetta is fantastic. Love getting large pizzas so we have leftovers for two days.
Was told an hour and a half, so we left to a competitor. Called us 25 minutes later after walked to another location.

Authentic Chicago pizza! Best crust ever! Get a salad with the sweet vinaigrette too!
Their pizza is the best. Fast delivery and well-mannered workers.
