Since we last visited some years ago the Everest has made a real effort with their décor including a new beer garden out front. Lighting inside is decorative and colourful but overall ambience is a little too bright maybe? Our food was very disappointing, we ordered Everest Special Mismas and Mixed Grill Masala as mains. Both were higher priced dishes that were supposed to include prawns but there were none in either dish. I ordered a collection meal for £35 pounds I was told it would take 40 minutes but it took at least 50 minutes. I didn’t check the order and when I got home I found the sag aloo I ordered was missing. I tried ringing straight away and it took 3 phone calls before someone answered I was offered the dish next time I ordered or a refund as I didn’t know when I would order again, or if they would remember, I opted for the refund. I gave my card details and was told the refund had been processed but I doubted this had been done. I never received a refund. Well how do I start if I was giving stars for food would be 10 out 10 put delivery omg nothing you can’t give stars. Tell you 1 hour then 3 hours later if that plus then food wrong and always cold. Then you ring and keep being told on way joke joke joke need to learn to tell people truth about time be here with food. Then said would be hot omg I would hope but NO then I know my dish wasn’t what I asked for because far to hot with spices. So no one orders meal half six and only eating half 9.
We have used this restaurant to eat in or takeaway for years. It has gone downhill so suddenly. I can only assume it has changed hands. We ordered 3 different dishes from her along with rice, naan etc. All three dishes were horrible and had obviously all come from the same original base sauce. Never thought I would say this but it was just horrible. Think we will sadly be looking for somewhere else in future

Spur of the moment trip out. Decided to pop out for food on a quiet Thursday night instead of cooking. This restaurant has been around for many years and is not the most modern or in posh surroundings but the food was second to none. Everything we had from the popadoms, main courses, sides, and bread was absolutely fantastic. Cocked perfectly with great flavour. I highly recommend it. We will return.
I haven't been to this restaurant for a few years because I had been disappointed in the past. However, we decided to give it a go last week and were very impressed. Both the service and the food were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the portions good and the price very reasonable. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience and will definitely be going back.
Cannot believe this restaurant has been on the doorstep for many years I’ve only just tried it. The food is amazing, the flavours of Nepalese cuisine is beyond belief. The friendly speedy service is second to none. I’ll be back!
They severed uncooked chicken and the response I got was well we served 120 customers today by showing sending me people orders with their addresses,it has been reported to food agency and data privacy policy.
