This is a fantastic local deli for when you're in a rush. While the outdoor area could use some sprucing up and there are a few intriguing characters around, it's still a decent spot. They offer a wide variety of food options, and you can grab a can of beer from the fridge to enjoy either inside or outside. The staff is very helpful, and they do charge for credit card payments.
This is the only place that I know that nickel and dimes the customers by charging for bags (a small sandwich-sized brown paper bag). I understand grocery stores, etc. charging for bags because you didn't bring a reusable bag to shop, but I've never seen a restaurant or deli do this. Extremely off-putting. This is another reason why Delmonico's is much better.
I enjoyed a bacon, egg, and cheese roll with apple juice, and it was delicious! I recently visited from Florida for vacation, and this place was absolutely egg-cellent! If you're in the area at night, they have an upstairs section with a full bar that seems like it really comes alive after dark. It's a cool spot, and I definitely recommend it!
Good local Deli. They have most of everything you might be looking for. Heroes and sandwiches are not the best ingredients in the city, and a bit overpriced considering the quality. I would treat this more like a local store than a place to eat. Reserva una mesa ahora
The outdoor seating area is really nice, and there's a great variety of food to choose from. However, be cautious of the homeless individuals late at night, as they can crowd the area quite a bit.
I ordered two burgers. My friend really enjoyed hers, but I wasn’t as satisfied with mine. I can’t quite put my finger on the flavor, but it just didn’t taste good to me.
The portion of home fries with my French Toast and pancake combo could've been larger, and there wasn't an option for extra syrup.
