We always make a point to stop here whenever we're in the area for some fantastic smoked salmon! A few pieces on a toasted bagel with cream cheese, topped with a sprinkle of Carolina reaper powder, is simply divine!

Friendly family business. Outstanding smoked salmon spread, and a nice variety of seasoned smoked salmon pieces. The Whitefish is tasty too. I drive 70 miles round trip to buy from Ewigs.
