We eat in Terminal 2D of Roissy Airport in this modern,, no nonsense good food dispensary. I had spicy soup with easy bread, and a plate of vegetables and hummus. My wife had salad and a taste courgette salmon . With dessert and soft drinks the bill for two was 34 euros, so they were not giving it away, but the quality was excellent and we were happy.
I was so thrilled to find EXKi at the Charles De Gaulle airport! Fantastic food. Don't miss the Antigua salad...seems unassuming but try this cabbage and coconut with a carrot ginger emulsion. I saved the lid to try to make it at home. The roasted vegetables over couscous was great too. The only place to eat at the airport!
I went there this morning at 10 a.m. and I had a delicious breakfast. The prices are correct and they have a large choice of healthy quiches, salads, and cakes. The waitress (an Asian woman if I remember correctly I think her name was Lan) was really nice and efficient. It's refreshing to be welcomed courteously like that!
I came with my wife, we had a lovely time and I loved the chocolate cake! I would like to thank Lan who welcomed me very warmly, knowing that jobs in catering are difficult and especially when you have to welcome people from all sides who do not necessarily have the same morals of decency and politeness. At midday, I went for lunch and was delighted with the different options available for people who want to eat organic or vegan. The desserts offered are delicious, especially the little chocolate muffins! I was warmly welcomed by a woman named Lan who I would like to thank greatly.

We had an unexpected long layover at the airport due to a missed flight. Looked around and didn't seem to be many healthy choices. The sandwiches here were good, but seemed a little pricey. We had the ham/pesto and the tomato/basil.
