I have been to this location a couple of times because its located on base and every order has either had missing items like orange juice, fries, or the sandwich is not made to what it is supposed to be. Of course I have gone back in to have the order fixed, but this gets old when you are in a rush to get back to work and have to spend another ten minutes having something fixed when it should have been done correctly the first time. This will definitely be my last time coming to this Burger King because of the inconvenience of having to have my order fixed every time I come here.
Burger King offers efficient service, and the food meets expectations. Every time I've visited, the staff has been friendly and polite. If you're looking for a quick snack or a drink, this is the only fast-food place with a drive-thru on base that I know of. Its connection to the Class 6 and gas station makes it a convenient one-stop shop. The gas prices are competitive, similar to what you’d find at Costco and lower than most options off base. The Class 6 acts as a mini-mart, offering a variety of alcoholic beverages, snacks, drinks, and even frozen or microwavable meals.
Burger King at Fort Belvoir consistently disappoints me. There's always something missing during my visits. Today, they forgot my order of jalapeño bites. The burgers are excessively salty, and the fries taste like they've been sitting out for hours, even when I get them right at the window. If you're planning to eat on the way home, don't bother stopping here—it's simply not worth it. We rarely come here because their hours are quite limited, but I felt I needed to share this experience to warn others.
Just bought a ham and cheese croissant breakfast value meal,and the wrapping paper had brown sticky stuff all on the outside of it. So gross. In addition I've had to call in the past about an order that was incorrect and the food was not up to par. Our family has given this place chance after chance and each time we've been disappointed. I would not recommend eating at this Burger King location on base.

I'm not quite sure what all the complaints are about. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient. The premises at both the shoppette and BK are always clean. They do an excellent job and put in a lot of effort. We always have a positive experience there. Sure, there might be the occasional mix-up, but that's just part of life.
Worst Burger King ever, drive thru doesn't speak very good English so it's hard to order what you want. Had to wait forever to get my food. Fries were stale burger was very sloppy but I was able to rebuild it. Customer service is non existent. Been there 4 times and it's the same thing every time.
You frustrate me beyond all things! This is supposed to be a whopper. It is burned! I took the bun off when I got home to check it out and took my first bite. Disgusting. After waiting forever in the drive thru especially when starving I would expect a decent food item!!
Two stars for service only. The sandwich I ordered was literally thrown together. I didn't notice until I bit into a chunk of lettuce. If you wouldn't eat it, please don't serve it.

The staff at Burger King are always nice and courteous. But every time I'm fighting off flies from my food and off of myself when dining in.
Been 4 years or so since last review and I went for a quick bite to eat. NO IMPROVEMENT. Same crappy BK.
