My kids and I took a break from the bike trail on a hot day to grab some lunch. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since I’m very pregnant, they kindly filled our water bottles for the ride back. The umbrellas were open, providing us with some much-needed shade from the sun. The food was delicious; my daughter especially loved the wings. We each indulged in a treat, and I was pleased to find that they were generous portions at a fantastic price. I've been craving a snowball ever since our visit—it was that good!
I pass by this place all the time (Salt and Lime across the street serves amazing Mexican food). Today, after visiting the hardware store, I decided to stop in. I ordered a pit beef sandwich and added hot sauce and onions; I barely made it home with half of it still intact! My only regret is not getting a pit ham sandwich to enjoy later. The sandwich was absolutely incredible, and I can't wait to return to try more items from the menu. It's a fantastic spot for lunch at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it!
First time back to this place in a very long time. However I must say that I wasn’t very pleased. The pit beef I ordered was medium rare not the rare that I asked for and wasn’t informed also the pit beef didn’t have much flavor to it no Smokey that you would find from a pit. I also ordered the bbq chicken and again no flavor if it didn’t have bbq sauce on it and chicken was very dry. Other than that. It was very nice to see they had places to sit and enjoy a meal and ample parking
This is a great place for pit beef if you're in the area. They have a wide variety of options on the menu, but I usually go for the pit beef platter. I always request it medium-rare, but it tends to come out medium-well instead. Fortunately, the gravy that comes with the platter makes up for the mistake.

It's express way, the foods consistent, and usually pretty well done. Food of note for me would be the Mac salad, campfire beans, pit beef, Bacon cheese burger, corn nuggets, and pit turkey. They make a killer chocolate shake, and have good ice tea.
mac and cheese was plain pit nuggets had a super thick crust, it needs a thinner one the wings were pretty good ranch tastes a bit weird cool employees and place
I thought they had the best beef sandwich, I'll be back, even my wife liked the chicken sandwich, cooked to order, plenty of people getting orders.
