Ezell's Famous Chicken

The service was terrible. The cashier was very rude and needed to be prompted to assist us. The person assembling our food carelessly tossed it into the bag and handed it to me roughly. I even made an effort to be polite by saying thank you and wishing them a nice day, but they just stared at me and walked away. Their sarcasm was unpleasant. On the bright side, the food itself was decent. Rating: 3/5.

I ordered for 8 pieces spicy bucket, when Ichecked there were only 7 and went back to store, the cashier didn't even apologize and gave me some 2 small pieces 1 crispy and 1 original, when I pointed out this is original she took it back and said there you go, as if I'm asking for free food. The other guy apologized for the mistake. Bad service attitude.

Decided to stop by for take-out on the way home from a long day. Great choice! The chicken tenders were awesome! The original chicken was very good. The rolls and mashed potatoes are good too. Good service, very attentive and great sense of humor, very light and positive. Great dinner!Parking: Plenty of spots in back by Bartell's and a few on the side.

Food tasted pretty good but the manager ruined the experience. The manager was rude towards my group from the moment we walked in. He yelled at a number of other customers unprovoked and was very vocally aggressive with some employees. It was very disruptive and disappointing to see. Reserva una mesa ahora

The chicken here is excellent, but be sure to ask for ranch—it's a game changer! The fries are tasty and have a lovely Cajun seasoning. Plus, the soft biscuits complement the chicken perfectly. I highly recommend Ezell's Famous Chicken! Food: 5/5

Consistently served hot and generous portions. The rolls are consistently fresh and wonderfully soft. I really enjoy their coleslaw—it's never overdressed.
