Fabriggli Bistro - Reservar una mesa

I've eaten here a few times in recent years and I've never been disappointed. This time I decided for lunch, consisting of soup, salad and main dish for a very reasonable CHF 18. The soup was one of the best I had, and the salad was crisp and fresh with exactly the right amount of dressing. The main dish consisted of beef olives with potatoes and vegetables, a simple dish, but nicely cooked and presented. I drank beer so I can't comment on the wine list, although my colleagues were very happy with their amarone. The service was efficient and friendly. Really recommend visiting the Fabriggli. The menu is a mix of traditional dishes and seasonal ingredients with a Dutch twist. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We look forward to our next meal at Fabriggli.

Open this bistro as I opened the Eurovelo 6 a beautiful location right on the river with many seats outside incredibly clean, while the breakfast menu was limited, it was delicious fast friendly service.
