a warm early evening with dear friends! we once picked up the " subjectwork" and were very surprised. we were offered a table outside with a wonderful view over the Rathausplatz. very attentive service and an eating of the finest! excellent compositions of not everyday lovingly arranged. a great pleasure. we were even allowed to try a supplement from an unelected dish. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ no more than one recommendation! we're coming back!

My partner and I been for drinks several times over the last few months. The location is lovely right in the middle of the historic city centre. The staff are great, very professional. The restaurant itself is beautiful and well-decorated. I've not been for...dinner yet but my partner (who is a chef) has and says the food is amazing, very high quality and really good value for money. I'm looking forward to our next visit.

I wined and dined at Fachwerk on different occasions, work and pleasure. We have always been surprised by a new menu every time They offer seasonal fruit and vegetables for food as well as for drinks The menu offers various entrées starters and deserts but...only two or three each. Everything is fresh and super delicious The service and location are on point as well.

Visiting from the USA with family that lives in Soest, they made reservations at this restaurant. Food was very good and fresh. Service very friendly and good cocktails. Not many seats there so call in advance. Very impressed with the menu.

Forget all you ever heard about German heavy food. Here you will enjoy absolutely tasty and healthy, nicely arranged, even innovative and friendly served food. Probably the best asparagus specialties we ever had.

one of the few locals in soest that you can recommend "high cuisine" hints.A great chef, a pretty and charming wetin, friendly and good service. there you will be happy to return if you get another place!
