Fachwerkstube - Reserva de mesa

Unser Brunch heute Morgen war wirklich sehr schön. Eine tolle Frühstücksauswahl und ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Lediglich der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Nicht ganz unfreundlich aber wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass es Spaß macht Gäste zu bedienen. Es wurde nicht bei allen Gästen gefragt, welchen Saft oder Tee man von der Auswahl haben möchte. Unsere leeren Teller wurden erst gesehen, als wir diese selbst zusammengestellt haben und es wurde leider nicht gefragt, ob wir noch Wünsche haben oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Für die Rechnung mussten wir an den Tresen gehen, da das Servicepersonal unseren Zeichen keine Beachtung schenkte. Schade, denn das Essen und die wunderbare Atmosphäre lad...

Sehr leckeres Frühstück genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sowohl das Vegetarische als auch das Italienische waren sehr gut! Dazu ist der Preis für diese Menge an frischem Essen inkl. Heißgetränk und Saft echt mehr als fair! Beide Bedienungen, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren sehr auf Zack und dabei sehr freundlich. Das beweist, dass es eben doch noch gutes Service-Personal gibt. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich in kleinen Fachwerk-Nischen, Spiele und Zeitschriften liegen aus Wir werden wieder kommen!

during a visit in heppenheim to lunch. I was too hospitable at the birthday cake of a customer. the cake was very delicious and certainly homemade. the decoration was very sweet. quite recommended for solemnities.
