Off Old Cleveland Road in Cooparoo is a restaurant slash function space. I came were with a group of friends on a Sunday night. It's a gorgeous venue, the red exposed brick, the woodfire oven on show, it feels like it's good for group dinners or a cosy date night.
Food was pretty good to okay. The brisket was well cooked and pulled apart with ease. The chipotle adobo ketchup was tasty AF. Pizza was cooked to order, the woodfire oven is a good investment. The standout was the truffle aioli that came with the arancini balls.

My partner and I went here for dinner on Saturday night. What a gorgeous little building! We ordered the Arancini balls and the pork and mushroom pizza. Arancini balls were really yummy and the pizza had so much flavour which was great, just a little bit soggy in the middle from the juices. Desserts were good... They are not a dessert place so what they served were nice given this fact. The only real downside was how close were to everyone else's table. They had put about 5 tables for two in a very small section so I almost sat on the lady next to me when I got up. I wouldn't mind going back to try more things on the menu but maybe with a group so we get a little more room
Eating is absolutely delicious, but...we had dinners and were told we had to be done what is totally acceptable. we have not received our meals until. possibly forgotten? literally cleaned our tellers and then we said we had to go. we were not given the opportunity to order dessert. I completely understand that there is a deadline, but at least they give us some time to digest and maybe order dessert. we were disappointed about the service and were never given the opportunity to order more drinks during our long waiting period for the food. we probably won't eat again. the disappointment is incredible.

I have been in the cafe/restaurant business since 1998 and this is the first review I have ever written. I came here tonight to catch up with my best friend who was visiting from Victoria along with a few brisbane folk. None of us had been here before, but believe me we will all be back. The pizzas were absolutely amazing!!! The bases were perfect and the toppings were just as they should be. The staff were very well informed on not only the food but also the drinks and seemed very happy to be working there.
Whoever owns Factory 51, you should be very proud and I wish you much success!
I absolutely love this place! I have tried a few of the pizzas and they have all been delicious. The service is really good- super attentive without being annoying. The atmosphere of this place is so cool and laid back, it is definitely a favourite and Im sure we will be returning many more times.
Great food, great atmosphere and great service. I would recommend to everyone. All of my friends and family think the same.

recently opened bistro in cooparoo, which has great service and eating. good selection of vines, craft beer and spirituosen. they have some inside seats, but most.
