For our appetizer, we ordered Fried Dumplings, and I chose the Vietnamese Beef Stew, which I opted to enjoy with both noodles and a baguette. My husband decided on the Shaking Beef (Thit Bo Luc Lac), all while enjoying the tunes of Beyoncé and later, Rihanna. The Fried Dumplings arrived first and there were six of them. They were served hot, garnished with a drizzle of green onion oil (Mo Hanh), crispy onion bits, and accompanied by a sweet soy dipping sauce. The filling was packed with meat and bursting with flavor. Next came my Vietnamese Beef Stew. With my craving for carbs, I chose to have both noodles and a baguette (which I thought I might regret later during a kettlebell workout)....

Faifo is a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant that offers excellent and healthy food. I particularly enjoy the Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ and the variety of drinks, especially the Peach Tea and Coconut drink. The decor is stunning and unique, creating an atmosphere that transports you to an ancient town in Vietnam, even though it's situated in the heart of industrial Denver. I've never encountered a Vietnamese restaurant with such a cozy and inviting decoration. It's the perfect spot for class reunions or birthday celebrations. What a refreshing take on a pho restaurant! They offer an intimate menu with just 10 items, and the two dishes we ordered today were absolutely delicious! The portions were very generous—it's the same size for all dishes—and the seasoning was fantastic. I'm really impressed and will definitely be returning. They also have a wide selection of boba drinks that I didn't get a chance to try, but I couldn't help but envy the other tables enjoying them—they looked amazing! The condiments are self-serve, which reduces waste, especially if you're not a fan of the usual bean sprouts, basil, and mint that typically accompany pho. This is a self-serve restaurant where you place your order at the counter, and your food is brought to your table. You'll need to help yourself to utensils and condiments, and you'll also be responsible for disposing of your own trash. The pho comes in one size, and the broth was flavorful. The crab soup had a thicker broth compared to what I usually find, and unlike other places, the crab was served as a spoonful on the side of the bowl rather than being mixed in with the soup. Absolutely the best vietnamese restaurant i've been to here in Denver (the best out of all i've tried in orange county, CA . The food is amazing, tasty and authentic. I really love everything about this restaurant. everything is new and clean. The interior decor fabulous attention to details. bonus excellent customer service . they will always have my business :

I ordered a takeaway beef pho and it was prepared quickly, but unfortunately, it didn't match the quality of the dine-in experience. Additionally, the beef was excessively fatty, despite my request for lean beef. I had to remove a lot of fat before I could eat it, and there was definitely more fat than meat. Disappointing overall.

Everything about this place is great, the decor, ambiance, food, and service! We loved the Pho (best we’ve had in the Arvada/Westminster area), the crab puffs, amazing pot stickers and bahn mi sandwiches!! And the prices are so reasonable!
