A pretty good cafe that has light lunch fare as well. They are a bit farther out from the college campus than others on State Street so they are less busy and quicker even during school days. The coffee is good(I only get simple stuff), the food I've had there is good, a little pricey for the portion size and it takes a bit to make BUT it's mostly a coffee place so that makes sense. The service is very good, polite, quick and professional and the cafe itself is a nice place to sit for a bit. The only drawback is during the winter and school months the seating does tend to fill up with students so you only really have the option of to go.
I have been a loyal customer of Fair Trade since my student days, when I first tried their delectable vegan muffins. The vegan zucchini muffins are large and absolutely delicious. They also have a tasty vegan sandwich on their menu, as well as non-dairy milk options for coffee beverages. The desserts are not to be missed, especially the chocolate peanut butter bar - a must try!

I'm not sure what's up with this place, but their coffee always tastes a bit off. Maybe it's the brand of oat milk they carry, but it always leaves a bad after taste. The staff and seating area are amazing tho

I had a fantastic time at Fair Trade today! Natalie gave us some wonderful recommendations - the white chocolate mocha tiramisu latte and the Italian chicken sandwich were delicious.
The place is certainly nice, but if you're just looking for good coffee you'll find better options around here that serve coffee from local roasters.
This restaurant on State Street has been a beloved favorite for many years, offering fantastic espresso and delicious food.
This staff is without a doubt the nicest group of people. They work hard and their coffee/lattes/food is delicious!
