Fairfield Plaice - Reserva de mesa

I have not tried Fairfield Plaice for 2 years so I thought it about time I gave it another go. My last review was a single star as it didn’t impress in any way…..what a difference!! Mini fish : Perfect batter; golden, light and crispy. The fish itself was very tasty moist and had a beautiful texture…I genuinely savoured every mouthful. Portion size was good value but so tasty I could definitely be greedy and have two. Chips reasonable portion size and again perfectly cooked good amount of classic chunky chips with a few of those lovely little crispy scraps. Service : Excellent friendly and efficient My biggest concern now is I live too close and I have no willpower.

Delicious gluten free fish and chips! Was so excited to find. Service was excellent. Food was great, wish I lived closer and not the other side of the world!

the batter on the fish was hard yet it was freshly cooked the chips were nice they were frehly cooked thats why have only give it 2 stars due to the fish

The gluten-free coating on the fish is crunchy and tasty and the portions are enough for a hungry Italian. Service is top notch too! Reserva una mesa ahora

Main default fryer at front is gf. Fish and chips are gf. Daughter has gf fish bites which are great too Good on covid safety

Very standard small fish and chip shops, but good fish with very crisp batter, and really nice soft chips.

Food prepared to order but bit pricey i think at 25 quid for 2 x fish chips n pease with 4 bread rolls.
