Fairfield's Grill - Reserva de mesa

So, we were traveling through Rochester and got on Open Table. We found this place and picked it because of their early bird. The early bird was until 6:00 and had a great deal of problem just finding this place but still got there by 5:54. Well the place was nearly empty but by the time they got our table ready it was6:04 and we were too late to get the early bird. I mentioned our plight but to no avail. apparently it was a ‘computer problem’. Really. So we ordered off thee menu and had mediocre bar food.

Ordered prime rib with salad and baked potato. Salad arrived and within 4/5 minutes entree arrived. Our server said well it came out faster than I thought. Obvious prime rib was under heat lamp and baked potato was barely heated. We noticed other tables around were also served fast. Guess they want to turn tables fast. Will not return. Bad food, bad service.

The management should think about removing the Happy Hour drink menu once Happy Hour has ended. For example, the ECCO Domani wine is $28 during Happy Hour, but it jumps to $30 afterward.

Came at 5:30 Fri evening and we're seated in 15 min. Service was quick, servers friendly, food great especially the dessert bread pudding really yummy! Reserva una mesa ahora

Oh this place was great! I got a burger, perfect to the med rare I ordered and juicy and tasty. Dessert? Chocolate mousse cake!

Killeen was amazingly able to attend to a party of 12 ladies but still make us feel special.
