What a jewel. This place is excellent. As different as any other Chinese I've ever had and my husband and I absolutely loved it. This place has a lot of what I suspect are traditional Chinese dishes that were really cool. We do not have super adventurous pallets, so we have the Pork Dumplings in Hot Oil, the Szechuan Style Shredded Beef and the Chongqing Spicy Chicken (not shown). I can't stress enough how amazing everything was. We'll talk about it two days later!! Portions are huge and the remains were just as good. I'm very sad, we live 4 hours away, or we'd eat here every week! Although it is not entirely out of the question to drive 8 hours tour for this place!!

We went to this place twice on the same weekend, definitely worth a visit. Boiled Fish is really good, and other classic sichuan dishes are delicious. The second time we went, we decided to order some different dishes (not strictly sichuan ones). Cabbage with vermicelli has quite a lot of vinegar, which I love, but may not be everyone's favorite if you are not into sour food. Chongqing Spicy Chicken and eggplant stuffed with meat are to avoid. My advice is to stick with the classic sichuan dishes you see elsewhere. They excel in those.
FAST! FRIENDLY! CLEAN! DELICIOUS! HUGE PORTIONS! We stopped by this restaurant on a rather quiet Saturday night. The staff was super duper friendly, and very well experienced (the cooks are from Chengdu). I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup with Shanghai noodles for $12. The food came out VERY QUICKLY (the fastest of any restaurant I've ever been to). The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were so generous I almost exploded after eating! I would love to return here and suggest that you visit them!
Eat! The dishes are so delicious, great portions. Ingredients are fresh, perfectly cooked, and the food comes quickly and hot! Our go-tos are the hot and spicy pig intestine (try it!, hot and spicy shrimps with bowl, gazed Chinese broccoli, and lastly: the cut beef with wild paprika. Unbelievable. The owner is friendly and attentive. I can't wait to try more dishes. I hope they make it through the challenges of Covid, I would be sad to see such a big restaurant near the doors! Very dry, very bland, Cummin beef meat was coated in batter,(never had Cummin beef cooked this way), taste no meat, no flavor to it either. Steamed fish was poorly prepared, pepper salt spare ribs very dry, also no taste..wow! Where all the 5 stars review come from?! I have never had such bad sichuan food ever!! Very strange . I do not recommend this restaurant. They don't know how to cook sichuan food IMHO. Don't waste your time and money here.
We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! We've been searching for spicy Chinese food, and I think we've discovered one of the best spots in the Capital Region. The spicy chicken and spicy shrimp were both deep-fried and topped with chili peppers—while not overwhelmingly spicy, they were the best we've had around here! The beef in spicy broth, however, was not spicy at all, despite its appearance. We will definitely be returning!
My partner and I really liked the food from this restaurant. As a Chinese, I can say that the food here is quite authentic. But there was a problem after we had the food. Both of us had a messed up stomach the following day. We don’t know if it was the food or the oil they cook the food with.
I had a fantastic meal in Albany! The food is truly amazing and will take your taste buds on a journey! I absolutely loved the five-spice beef and the Thai chili dumplings. Don’t forget to order the cucumbers—they’re perfect for cooling down the heat from the spices! Reserva una mesa ahora
The food lacks flavor and is quite bland. I wouldn't categorize this as Sichuan cuisine; it feels more like overpriced Chinese takeout. If you're seeking authentic Chinese food, I recommend looking elsewhere, as this is not it.
Eating here is amazing! Some dishes were a bit salty for me, but I only added more water and it was good. The double-cooked pig and the diceed chicken with peanuts were the favorite dishes. Must try!
