Falafel Fabrik Exerzierplatz

I ate falafel again today at the autumn market at the Molfsee Open-Air Museum, and I was thrilled again. Two years ago, they were still on the original falafel bike, but today, the young, cheerful colleagues are located in a modern, chic wooden hut on the grounds. The freshly prepared falafel combined with fresh vegetables, optional cilantro, and the delicious sauce are a culinary delight that I look forward to every year! It's worth trying!!! Thank you for being there for the museum guests and me today, unlike some other exhibitors, despite the bad weather!

Extremely delicious, fresh falafel. Good seasoning. We can only recommend it, whether at the market for lunch or while strolling through the flea market. The fact that the food is transported through the city in a climate-neutral manner on cargo bikes is the icing on the (vegan) cake. Best!

I just had the pleasure of eating a falafel from the Falafel Fabrik during the Kiel Run. Very tasty, two thumbs up.
