I love falafel when they are done right, and believe me this place is spot on with the Falafel, Sauces, Salads etc. The Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They know what vegan is so when I said I wanted vegan meal, he offered to put everything on that was vegan, this was great because you don't need to keep asking the staff to double check if the food is vegan. There is free WiFi, which was a surprise but a terrific one. Plenty of seating. I have the Falafel Pita for £5 which is a great price. The Falafels were cooked to order, they were crispy (not greasy) and the centre was moist. The spices, and seasoning was perfect. I haven't had falafel like this since being in Amsterdam wher...
I have attempted to order takeout from this restaurant about three times. On each occasion, I have been left waiting at the counter. The first two times, it took approximately 15 minutes to receive my order of chips, even though the restaurant was not busy. During my last visit, the staff member informed me that there was a 20-minute backlog for orders, despite there being no other customers in the cafe. I have only returned to this restaurant because it was recommended to me. I suggest going to Falafel Eat instead.
I drive past this place all the time to get to work and didn't really notice it until I checked what was nearby on HappyCow but now I've found it, this place is absolutely delightful!! menu is all vegetarian, and very easily most menu items can be made vegan because it's a bit of a subway set up where you decide what you want! staff are friendly and welcoming and know about what foods they serve are vegan or not. well worth a try! the look of the place isn't amazing but that doesn't matter when the food is so good!
my biggest food miss from not living in Cheltenham any more. Once this place was opened I was there pretty much once a week for lunch. Staff are nice and friendly I would always have a chat while waiting. Have been in Cheltenham for a couple of visits since left area and have made sure I get a Falafel king fix while there, looking forward to next visit in a couple of weeks, yum!

This place serves really tasty falafel and plenty of vegan salad options. Makes a nice change from the fried chicken, peri-peri and kebabs in this part of town. Plenty of seating but obviously also ideal for takeaway.
I make a big walk for the next lover and called with my friend. eating, drinking and service were all amazing. had the felafel in pitta with super salads and fryed on the side. huge portion and delicious.
great falafel and it was so nice to be in the position to take a ride without worrying about if it were something vegan! most beautiful falafel shop in cheltenham and love the falafel pita with hummus
very helpful staff and eating was amazing. very clean place with several vegan options. everything was delicious and also fresh. I'm sure you're worth a visit.

Discovered Falafel King when on a three day visit to Cheltenham. Will be back in there for lunch again tomorrow :-P Great service, great food.
