This is the second time I’ve been denied service due to a new, absurd policy requiring orders over $50 to be paid over the phone. I was told our phone number wasn’t in their system, even though we just picked up an order last weekend. It feels like we’re being phone-profiled—an incredibly strange and disappointing experience. We've been loyal customers for over 24 years, and I’m not sure what changed. Just as you don’t trust your customers to pick up orders without pre-payment, I don’t trust giving my credit card information over the phone. Unfortunately, we will no longer support this business.
Ordered pizza over the phone told us told it would be 25-30 minutes, arrived 10 minutes later to pay and they stated come back in 25- 30 minutes. We walked outside to our car parking spot right in front of location when we saw them stack some pizza on shelf 20 minutes later, still did not call us until an additional 20 minutes after and go figure our pizza’s we’re the ones on the shelf. Shout out for cold pizza. Paid way too much for cold pizza. Order from her so much and disappointed tonight. Not use to this customer service from Rios.
We’ve been ordering pizza from Rio’s for sometime and the pizza is really good. Customer service was always great until recently. If your order is over $50 you have to pay over the phone which is new. I get it things change, but the overall attitude I felt was a “take it or leave it” When I picked up my order, the employees didn’t make you feel welcome. Let’s hope the customer service improves if not I’ll have to take my business elsewhere
What an amazing pizza! I was thoroughly impressed after the very first bite. The staff were incredibly friendly while I was placing my order. The person who took my order was fully prepared and efficient. It took just under 30 minutes to receive a medium pepperoni pizza, piping hot straight from the oven. They definitely know what they’re doing! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Worst customer service. They acted like they were doing me a favor with their service. There’s a million pizza places to go too, I won’t be back. They need some real staff not kids who don’t take customer service serious.
The pizza here is fantastic! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, it's definitely worth it.
When my child asks for “the best pizza in the world,” this is the place they’re referring to.
Service really went down . Use to be great. New generation I guess. They just don't care .
