Lately, I've also observed a difference in the pizza itself—the taste just isn't the same. The cheese seems different, and the sauce has a new flavor and texture that doesn’t match what I've come to love about Falco's pizza. It almost reminded me of Home Run Inn pizza, but unfortunately, it lacked the taste. To make matters worse, both my wife and I ended up with upset stomachs after eating it. So basically I did a reorder for a extra large sauge and cheese pizza and they sent pepperoni instead. Long story short I called the restaurant and the young lady said she'll credit me my correct order to be delivered at another date because they didn'thave the driver's at the time. I called today and the manager told me I was only $15 dollars and that was it. I spent 50 on thepizza including delivery and tip. The young lady basically lied to me and didn't give me her name that day. She only gave me themanager name. When I spoke to the manager today she was rude and uncooperative. It got worse when I got home with my food. The pizza wasn’t made the way I ordered it (well done), I received 2 orders of onion rings and 1 order of fries instead of the other way around, and the gravy bread was just pieces of onion drenched in water, not actual gravy. It tasted nothing like gravy bread, and I ended up throwing it away after the first bite. To top it off, I had convinced my family to order from here since our favorite pizza place, Nonos, was closed today. A shout out to Nonos for never disappointing!

Kid-friendliness: The the girl that took care of me who answers the phone in the front works from 12:00 to 12:00 and the weekends and 10 to 12:00 Sunday through Thursday and every day she works and she was so delightful, so accommodating, and got my food done fast and never once that she frown. So I've been ordering from here most of my life and this is the first time I ever received a bad pizza. Looks and tastes like it's been in a warming machine for over an hour. Not to mention the restaurant themselves tell lies that they tried calling and didn't the driver called as they all do. The only reason I'm considering ordering from Falco's again is because I have a credit for a burnt and dry pizza I received tonight. I've been getting my pizza from them for years, and I'm really disappointed with my experience this time.

I ordered takeout, and the pizza was hot and delicious. It’s a small place, so it takes some time, but it’s definitely worth the wait! The girl on the phone was incredibly sweet. I will definitely order again!
