Lived just right above this burger stand for years and saw how busy it is everyday. I am from Asia and travel around the world often, burger isn 't usually what I run after for, but when I enter a burger shop, I am looking forward to something meaty and juicy...sadly this place isn 't something for me. During my 3 visitings, I tired vegi burger, standard burger with curry sauce and the cheese burger with thousand island sauce. First impression when waiting for my burger is wow! They make my burger after took order! Ya, the friendly staff here would ask what kind of bread, sauce and vegetable I want with my burger. And then they grill the bread at the same time the grill the meat... And here...
The burgers here were ok, but not outstanding. Prices... well, it 's rather on the upper end of what I 'd pay for burgers but this is Switzerland after all. The chicken varieties are way better than the beef patty burgers, so if you 've got the patience to wait a little longer, do get the 'techno ' chicken burger or something. For a couple more francs you 'll end up with a real piece of chicken, whereas the so-called beef varieties will taste a bit funky due to the processed meat patties they use. The price for a portion of fries is daylight robbery. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff were friendly though. Limited seating inside. Plus, always a line. Ok for a quick(ish) food fix if you 're not...
I come here most of the times when I'm in Aarau and have no other Dinner appointment. I'm a customer here for more than 30 years and these burgers are still the best. I like especially the delicious sauces (I prefer curry and cocktial). Even I go there only once a year and have not been there for years, the Chinese lady still reminds me and still knows how I want my burger.
Falken ist die beste Wahl für einen Hamburger in Aarau. Frisch zubereitet und grosse Portionen. Die Tartarsauce ist hausgemacht und sehr empfehlenswert. Falken is the best place in Aarau for eating burgers. The burgers are freshly prepared and come in good sized menus with fries. The sauce tartar is homemade and tasty try it.

We go there on a regular basis. They have fresh, crunchy white and whole grain buns and a nice selection of sauces, from garlic to tartar to hot chilli, to name a few. The burgers are made from nicely flavored sausage meat. They also serve french fries, chicken nuggets an alike. The staff is polite and women only :
Wie immer sind die Burger Top. Eignet sich besonders gut wenn man draussen Sitzen kann. Drinnen muss man mit dem Pommes-Frittiergeschmack leben können.
Best hamburgers in Switzerland. I loved it and it is very regrettable that you need to try it if you live somewhere close.
Frisch, lecker, man kann selber entscheiden was man im Burger drin will und die Saucen findet Man an keinem anderen Ort.

Ab und zu ist ein Falken-Burger einfach ein muss! Wircklich frisch ohne den typischen Fastfood-Charakter!
