There are many components that make a business successful. This restaurant here has the most important down which is their quality of food. I have tried their fried pork with griot and it's amazingly delicious. Their fried pork is perfection, their plantains the best I've had in years and their salad is excellent . Also their mixed rice, foodwise their food is the best. However as an establishment, their employees and customer service are lacking. As you walk in you will see almost a handful of employees, most of them are not even aware you walked in or even have the decency to explain where you order and for me that is a must. This was my first time eating here. I must tell you the truth. This is the best Hatian food in Miami this far. They offer a large variety and choice of foods. I ordered grilled conch, not only was it tender. The flavors were bursting in my mouth. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and even when we were given their own Figi water it was three bottles and they didn't even charge us. This is a definitely must go to and my daughter ordered griot and it was the most tender. We will be definitely going again and often. And for those of you who haven't tried them.
