Family Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I called back twice and encountered rude service from the staff. They seem to change their prices at will, which do not match the prices listed on their online menu. Additionally, the in-store prices haven't been updated in months. At one point, I asked about the price of a small pizza, and the staff member said she didn't know. When I requested to speak to the manager, he claimed to be the manager and told me, “Ma’am, go f*** yourself.” My family members at home overheard the exchange.

When I finally received my food, the burgers were cold, and the lettuce was soggy and wilted. To make matters worse, they had changed the French fries I loved to a new kind that were soggy and unappetizing. Additionally, my salad arrived without dressing or a fork. Please, management, address these issues. I want to continue supporting your business, but this experience was unacceptable.

Family Pizza Inc is the best bang for your Buck Sub Shop eater in the local area. The workers are pleasant and the service is fast. They would get 5 stars if it wasn't for sometimes chaotic seating area.

We order our sandwiches here because they are always amazing. The quality and portions are definitely not disappointing . Thank You Family Pizza team for being courageous and awesome. We Love you guys!
