The food here is outstanding, and the service is fantastic, with everything made fresh, from the bread to the dressing. There’s a wonderful variety of dishes that cater to both young and old. I tried the crab-stuffed boiled groupers, and they were the best I've ever had. The restaurant is owned and operated by three friendly and accommodating brothers. North Port is just a few kilometers off Interstate 75, south of Sarasota. Don’t miss this exceptional family-run dining experience!
Excellent Breakfast Special!! Went here because they opened on schedule with my wake up 7AM … place across the street didn’t open til 8:00. Glad I did. Arnold is excellent waiter attentive but not overly. Breakfast special 2 eggs, hash browns or grits, sausage or bacon, toast … $4.99 you do have to buy a drink for the special to count. Total 8.02!! Coffee comes in insulated pot to the table refills at your leisure. You gotta try this!!
Stopped in today with Friends to try this new restaurant. I ordered the gyro platter and selected onion rings as my side. It was amazing! It had plenty of meat toppings. In our party, orders were for a general salad which was very ample, a Reuben with onion rings. Service was very prompt! Enjoyable lunch for us!
Delicious food and a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels like family. It's remarkable that, even after a year, they still seated us at Dad's table. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. I even had enough left over for lunch the next day! The service was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's unfortunate that it's 150 miles from my home, but if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely eat here once more.
Best breakfast restaurant we have found in North Port! Food tasted great and the service was outstanding! Nice atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. We had a great lunch here previously as well. Fish was cooked to perfection and steamed veggies were delicious!
