Famoso Italian Pizzeria Cochrane

I’ve had take out from here before and paid an astronomical amount for less than a cup of soup. That was my experience awhile ago and when I showed the restaurant, the manager was supposed to reach out to me and never did. Recently we went to eat there admittedly fairly close to closing time (we already knew what we would order upon walking in even tried to call to order ahead without luck as no one picked up). It says they close at 9:00pm. That was not the case. Was there at 8:40 and doors were locked, lights off already. The hours on the door say open until 9:00pm, Google also says open until 9:00pm. If you want to close early then just change your hours until 8:30 or 8:00. Not too pleased...

It was a good restaurant to eat at before but now with only take out and delivery and you can’t sit down to eat. Not sure what happened with the management to make this decision but I will not be ordering from here ever again. Good luck but I don’t see the working out very well. Wow! I just had the best pizza I’ve had for a while, layered with fresh ingredients. I wish I ordered the full size so I could take some home. Service was great, food was amazing, and it was far cleaner than typical pizzerias. I’ll definitely be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20

The food was okay, a little too salty for one type of pizza but the service was quick, friendly. The place had good atmosphere, felt open, spacious and welcoming. The dessert was delicious as well. Would go again and price was reasonable. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
