Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria

This is a wonderful restaurant with excellent food and fantastic service. I really enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer and the tiramisu. I almost rated it with 4 stars simply because the pizza didn't have the classic leopard spotting on the crust, which is a hallmark of Neapolitan pizza. The server suggested that I should request it to be well done next time. Overall, it was a great experience!

First time diners at Formosa and we can say we were extremely happy with the pizza and quality and the way it was cooked and presented. We didn’t realize it was a chain until after but have to say will definitely stop in again. Not usually a fan of chain restaurants in general but Formosa’s pizza was enough to say we will come again.

I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating, but they're currently understaffed. The tomato bisque has a creamier texture here, and they've combined the hummus and tzatziki into one dish (if you prefer them separate, just ask for that along with some Mediterranean bread). For wine, I recommend the Castillo red.

After a lengthy journey from Vancouver to Red Deer, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. The food was fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious. The gentleman who welcomed and served us was outstanding! The customer service was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed. Reserva una mesa ahora

Fantastic service. We showed up with our kid and the hostess sat us quickly and had an activity and had covered water for her right away. The food was great as always but the service was the highlight tonight. Thank you.

Pizza is absolutely delicious. They have an individual pizza combo that’s not terribly expensive either.

Delicious dinner date spot in Red Deer. Good for kids too. Excellent vegetarian options as well.
