Host (Sultan) was unfamiliar with OpenTable and could not find my reservation. He was ready to seat me despite the fact that I wouldn’t have received OT credit. I asked to speak to a Manager, who could not have been nicer. My server Danielle was terrific. She was friendly and promptly brought drink refills. My food came out quickly and she checked in with me regularly. The Manager also stopped by my table multiple times. All in all, the food was good and I would return.
my sister in law came in on crutches with a 3 year old and asked if her party was there yet and was told you can go back and look if you want , not very helpful. when we were taken to be seated the hostess wasn 't clear on who they were taken back and basically pointed to a table and you guys are over there and you guys are over here. I was most def not impressed with the level of service or competency of the staff
Food was mediocre. It was neither great nor was it terrible. There are much better places to check out if you are in this area.Absolutely no complaints about the service, it was about what ye should expect from a restaurant like this. However there is much better food to be found at other locations in this area of Grand Rapids. :
Meh! This place is not what it once was. Service was good but the food is mediocre at best. My wife didn’t get what she ordered (grilled chicken sandwich instead of fried). My Brisket tasted like pot roast and sausage was over cooked and dry. Reserva una mesa ahora
THE FOOD WAS THE ONLY THING ENJOYABLE THAT EVENING. ORDERED BREAD PUDDING WITH DINNER AND THEY HAD RUN OUT OF IT. THEY SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY TO CLOSE WE DIDNT GET THERE TIL 8:30PM. ALL IN ALL NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE
This was the worst Famous Dave's I have ever visited. The service was appalling, deserving of negative stars. The food was average at best, which is why I rated them a 1 star.
Never had a bad meal here! Always leave satisfied and full. It's a great place to be with family and friends
