I ordered burnt ends and got a a slice of meat cut up. It looked and tasted nothing like burnt ends. It was flavorless and dry. I immediately called the restaurant and was told by the manager that I would be issued a refund. Three days later no refund so i called back and was told it would take 3-5 business days to process. A week later still no refund. I was told the store manager who does the refunds was out and would be back tomorrow. Next day i called and waited 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone and then I was placed on hold for another 15! After that I was told that the manager could not speak with me but he would investigate the refund with the food delivery company???? It had...
I'm really glad I checked the reviews before we decided to order from here tonight. Last week, we visited Branson, MO, and it was our first time at Famous Dave's. We spent $163 for six people, and it was totally worth it. My husband just texted me to say there's a location in Creve Coeur, close to where we live, and I was excited. However, after reading the reviews, I shared them with my husband, and I'm so thankful I did. Otherwise, we would have spent another $163. Thank you for helping us realize that this place isn't what we expected!
The food was incredibly disappointing. I spent $70, and nobody in my group was pleased with what we received. The ribs were dry and lacked flavor, the brisket was as tough as leather, and the so-called burnt ends were nothing like what I expected. The only highlight of the meal was the muffin. This will be my first and last visit. Thank you, Famous Dave’s, for a terrible Friday night dinner with my family.
The burnt ends were barely okay some of which didn't have any sauce on them, not sure how that happens with burnt ends. My burger was ok but was missing the bacon. The best thing were the fries(potato wedges). Over rated and over priced, my first and last time there.

The service here is extremely poor, and the kitchen is very slow. I placed my order at 11:09, and I was told it would take 20 minutes. Now it's 11:54, and I'm still waiting. No one has explained why there has been such a delay, and no one has even apologized.
They have no idea what they’re doing. This is not famous Dave’s it’s Granite city brewery with a kiosk that doesn’t know anything about the real famous Dave’s barbecue. One hour wait to get my order. Go elsewhere! Beware!
If you are ever in the area, this restaurant should definitely be on your list. Great ambiance for gatherings. The customer service was on point, the food delicious. Best lamb I’ve had .
Got the brisket it was bad. Tasted old and not tender at all. Not even a little bit. Was also dry. And who thought it was a good idea to add corn and jalapeños to Mac n cheese.

Don’t order anything with sides. I’ve order the founders feast 3 times and each time it was missing the beans, cornbread and coleslaw and had to go back.
When they promote Famous Dave's, it isn't like the restaurants on the west coast. Place is junk.
