Our visit started off rough! After making contact with the bartender we still had to track down an employee to be seated for our reservation. Felt as if we were being ignored and it was not busy at all. Our servers personality was nice and welcoming but she seemed distracted which was reflected in our experience. Our food and drinks seem like they took a bit longer than they should’ve taken in our experiences from previous visits. The burnt ends were all fat, they were great the last time I ordered them so this was a big disappointment. We ordered the large family feast for $79 which was pretty standard so no complaints. We sat at our table for about 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us. No one offered water or a sorry your server will be right with you. When we walked out not one employee said goodbye or bothered to realize we were just say. Won’t be back to try again
I used open tables to reserve and was told that I was sitting next to that. they said we were sitting next to that and after 20 minutes I asked how much longer they said they were sorry for forgetting us.
There is no point in getting a reservation. While the food is always good and the service is as well there’s still a long wait. I put my reservation in hours in advance and still had to wait half an hour

We Love Famous Daves! Catfish is yummy!! We try to go every 2weeks! Making a reservation also is a great idea, because they do get busy! Especially on the weekends!!
we waited 30 minutes from the time when we sat to get our appetizers. the waiter has forgotten our drinks.
the size of the food portion was not worth the price! left there hungry would not go back.
