Is it so difficult to find good food and service in this post-COVID world? Seriously. I prefer to write good comments and reviews, but someone throw me a friggin ' bone! Our first clue that this was going to be a bad experience was the place was empty at this time on a sunday night. We go to the counter to order, because they dont take your order from the tables, so you order, pay, then go find a seat. Paying like this makes you leave a tip when you order if you only have a card, and honestly who carries tip cash nowadays? So we wait for probably 10 minutes until someone finally comes to the counter, does she offer to take our order? No, she logs on the computer register and starts tapping h...
Alright so what can I say about Famous Dave's!1. Good was pretty good honestly I had some wings and ribs.2. The service was amazing! I Geselle (hope I'm spelling that right) as my server and she was phenomenal she was talkative made us feel like we were at home. She was on top of our orders, I have been here before and never had service like hers by far their best server in the house. She brought our food out hot, was constantly checking up on us and making sure we didn't need anything. Geselle did an amazing job serving us coming back mainly for her as a server my wife loved her personality'.Thank you Geselle for the great service!
Where's the beef? Famous Dave's has the meat you're looking for. The meat is perfectly cooked and tender, with various barbecue sauces available at the table to pair with it. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their cornbread was. I enjoyed it so much that I even ordered an extra one to take with me.
Some great bbq, with great presentation. The burnt ends didn't really feel like burnt ends, more just like regular rib meat, but it was still really good and everything besides that was fantastic.Vegetarian options: It's bbq. I don't recommend coming here if you aren't looking to eat a lot of meat.

The customer service is excellent, but there are not enough staff members to accommodate all the customers. The restaurant offers a good selection of food and has plenty of seating space.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but I've noticed that the portion sizes in their to-go containers seem to be smaller now, which I find to be a letdown.
